Returns
We only make orders once clients have approved final artwork. On generic items and customized orders we do not offer any refund as the artwork will have been approved by client before we manufacture the item.
ExchangesÂ
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to hello@theparty.ae and we will get back to you with details of where the item can be sent to.
