Yes — most of our pieces are made to order and can be personalised with your names, dates, colours and fonts. If you have a particular design or font in mind, add it to your order notes or get in touch.

Absolutely. If you'd like something you don't see listed, send us a reference image or a description via our Contact page and we'll create and quote it for you.

A few custom pieces — such as our floating pool signs — are priced individually, because the cost depends on the size and design. For these, just use the Contact us for a quote button and we'll come back to you.

Non-customised cake toppers are usually ready within 2-3 working days. Personalised and custom orders need a minimum of 5 working days. Larger or more intricate pieces can take a little longer — we'll confirm timing with you when you order.

Sometimes, depending on our production schedule. Please contact us with your deadline before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.

Many products list size options (for example 6-inch or 8-inch cake toppers). For signage and bespoke pieces, we make to your requirement — just tell us the size you need in cm or inches.

Depending on the product, we work with quality materials such as acrylic, bamboo and birch wood. Each product page shows the available finishes and colours.

Yes — we deliver throughout the UAE using trusted courier partners.

Yes. We ship from our UAE studio across all six GCC countries — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Please remember that production time is separate from shipping time.

All prices are in AED and include 5% UAE VAT where applicable.

Because everything is made to order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started — which happens after your approval — changes or cancellations may not be possible.

As our items are personalised and made to order after your approval, we're unable to offer refunds. If anything arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos and we'll put it right.
