We do not offer any refunds.
We manufacture customised items only after client approval.

We only replace items that are damaged or defective on arrival.
All items are quality checked and photographed before being packaged and dispatched to ensure they are free of any defects. Should you receive an item damaged or broken, please do not remove it from its packaging. Take photographs of the front and the back of the package and email them to us within 24 hours of receipt.
