Shipping

UAE orders:

At the moment we make use of Quipup, DHL and Fedex courier companies to ship our goods out to local addresses in the UAE. The courier normally requires 24 hours to make deliveries within the UAE. However some remote areas require a longer time.

Local UAE shipping charge is Dhs30 per order

International orders:

For international orders we make use of DHL and FedEX. We would need to obtain a quotation prior to confirming the shipping rate. Please email us with the details and we will get back to you.

In case you have not received your order:

We have not had any orders go missing of yet, thank goodness. Once your order is in the hands of the courier or post office, we're reliant on the information they provide from that point on wards. For international shipments we will provide a tracking number.
